Easy booking for service and efficient friendly customer service
DID NOT EXPECT TO HAVE TO LEAVE THE CAR OVERNIGHT BUT CAR RETURNED AT EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY
Was done in the time stated and was done well
Kept waiting while loan car organised, despite it being organised weeks in advance. When I picked up my car after service it had a warning light on the dashboard!! Also now have to take it back again as within a week its showing another service due!
Work completed fine.
I couldn't fault the work undertaken which, regrettably, was due a failure of the electronic fuel pump. I was disappointed with the failure of an expensive electronic component after 3 yrs of use.
It is because you are specialist cars,....WOWJD.
Concerned that there is insufficient local expertise to deal quickly with Hybrid vehicles. However it is not surprising given the newness of the technology.

The Service personnel anticipated a possible need to keep the vehicle overnight and offered a loan car. The vehicle was kept in overnight.
again they were able to help me immediately, they took my car in straight away even though I turned up unexpectedly.
Everything done on time and car comes back cleaner
Tracey was very friendly, efficient and did not lose track of what needed doing on my car.

Salesman helpful, showed me a car outside of the showroom that met my requirements, handed me suitable information to take away.
Been a BMW customer for 30 yrs and completely satisfied with the service I received from this company from start to finish.
Pass the blame culture. Dont want to take accountability and I had to call 6/7 times to get a response. My calls were avoided and only got a response when I sent an email including the head of the branch.
Always a warm welcome at Specilist Cars Luton, but a little surprised the paper work was not immediately to hand having pre booking the service.
Not completely satisfied due to shortcomings indicated above.

It was ok. This was my first experience as a new BMW owner and I had higher expectations.
Serviced on Friday- fine. Saturday morning serious problem with brakes that had been replaced giving very burnt smell. Monday Laura says bring it in. Identified as warped disc, replaced under warranty!, waste of four hours.
I am selling a car and wanted to dispose of winter wheels/tyres. Specialist Cars recommended these and they are very good but there is no assistance with disposal (E-Bay was suggested but no willingness to buy back)
Service light still on . Bluetooth not working
They have always shown respect and consistent helpful advice to all my queries
Kept up to date with progress
I ordered new tyres but another type were supplied, the car was mot'd and serviced but was returned without the computer being updated and without the service book filled in. Requests for the car to be collected for computer reset have not resulted

Car was collected on a Friday for a day but you were short of a part and therefore car was retained over the weekend.This was very inconvenient.I will never arrange service ( unless unavoidable) again without requesting courtesy car.

Cornell was a great sale professional, knew his product
I did feel the process was too long and BMW kept telling me the car was further along than the centre. Very confusing.
