The work I had done and paid for was done perfectly. The only issue is a software update couldn't be done due to a stereo upgrade so I will need to put the old stereo back to possibly get it pushed through.

Because my car was. It washed properly . The outsides was washed but I found mud splashed stains on it and the insides was not washed nor cleaned just slightly vacuumed

From booking the appointment and on arrival everything was done in a friendly, professional way. On arrival there was no waiting around and whilst the service took place I stayed and was able to have coffee or cold drinks. The car was cleaned nice.

When the keys where returned to myself, I ask the service adviser if the service book had been stamped. He said yes all stamped and up to date. On checking the service book before departing the service centre the service book hand not been stamped

Good service. The pick up and drop off of my car was really helpful. Only reason this did not get 5star was due to the gentleman that collected my car had a bit of an attitude when told that he could not leave the car at the front of the house
