Satisfied with the overall service of the car, but when I opened the bonnet to check what they had done. The engine was covered with grease and hand prints all over. Would have preferred this to be wiped cleaned and be more presentable.
Really happy with specialist cars Luton. The service was smooth and what I would expect from BMW.
Addressed all issues that needed attention.

Kept waiting 20 minutes for see a service advisor on one occasion with no communication and a while you wait took 3 hours instead of the specified time.

Tried calling anumber of times in the afternoon to check on progress of car with no reply. Finally got through in the evening to be told that a text had been sent earlier in the afternoon; no message was received.

I purchased the car remotely and trusted in the quality of a BMW approved used car and assurances of sales person that car was emaclate. Having find several scratches and torn interior leather trimi have failed to get any response from dealership.

Very good experience, seamless from it being picked up, to when it was returned. Also was informed during the day on the progress.
although I was satisfied with the service there are always things that can be improved.
As this was an end of warranty check, Specialist Cars Luton would not pick up and return my car to work. So while I was happy with the inspection, the impact on my working day was disappointing.
Got help for what I was looking for
Brakes were squeaking on my M6. Brakes and discs taken off, cleaned and put back on. I was told this is normal on an M car as the brakes are so substantial. When I left they were not squeaking but 2 days later it they started to again, loudly.
Service level meets my needs
As a customer its important that someone listens to me and what i want. This is what happened at Luton. Cornell listened to what i needed and wanted and advised me. Also he didnt push for a sale which i feel is key in getting customers.
I received absolutely phenomenal support from Emily Bancroft(?) when bringing my car in for a service, I had a few questions as I am fairly new with cars and she answered them with no hesitation and made sure I understood completely.
From booking to completion I was entirely satisfied

When phoning takes to long to answer phone and then when finally get through and put through to service department call goes to answer phone very frustrating to wait to get call back to say the wrong parts came in and wait till following day for car

Seen straight away, no delays at reception, helpful and reasonably pleasant waiting area in the showroom, very nice coffee and also newspapers.

Im a driving instructor and leaving car for full day to get service done means loss of income for me. They fitted me in during my lessons break. Which was brilliant.
The service arrangements met my expectations, but a fault was reported to me which had been subject of a repair very recently.
Ordered a part and supplied wrong part Spoke to a staff who was adamant that he supplied the right part. I had to come into the workshop and they tried to fit the part and noticed their mistake

The Motability staff member left shortly before delivery. The dealership didn't not contact us and when we chased up the order, and were told we couldn't have it when planned. But they sorted it out, and they collection was very good.
