It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Satisfied with the overall service of the car, but when I opened the bonnet to check what they had done. The engine was covered with grease and hand prints all over. Would have preferred this to be wiped cleaned and be more presentable.

firstly I did not know where the car was taken, eventually found out it was Luton, confusion on returning car and still no information on what was wrong.

I purchased the car remotely and trusted in the quality of a BMW approved used car and assurances of sales person that car was emaclate. Having find several scratches and torn interior leather trimi have failed to get any response from dealership.

As this was an end of warranty check, Specialist Cars Luton would not pick up and return my car to work. So while I was happy with the inspection, the impact on my working day was disappointing.

Brakes were squeaking on my M6. Brakes and discs taken off, cleaned and put back on. I was told this is normal on an M car as the brakes are so substantial. When I left they were not squeaking but 2 days later it they started to again, loudly.

As a customer its important that someone listens to me and what i want. This is what happened at Luton. Cornell listened to what i needed and wanted and advised me. Also he didnt push for a sale which i feel is key in getting customers.

I received absolutely phenomenal support from Emily Bancroft(?) when bringing my car in for a service, I had a few questions as I am fairly new with cars and she answered them with no hesitation and made sure I understood completely.

The Motability staff member left shortly before delivery. The dealership didn't not contact us and when we chased up the order, and were told we couldn't have it when planned. But they sorted it out, and they collection was very good.
