It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. You will also see below customer comments, which are unedited.

My car failed MOT, was advised what was required, but it took over an hour before I was told that the part wasn’t available until the next day. Surely this could have been communicated to me at the same time so I could go home?

Work completed ahead of schedule, but not yet received any paperwork as promised. This section is rated as VERY SATISFIED but this survey would not allow me to submit unless I marked it as completely satisfied!?

The service computer on the car was not reset which meant that the car had to go back. Someone called me to say the MOT was due on my car and did I want them to do it for me. Unfortunately for him, Specialist Cars had done the MOT the previous week

Sale was seamless however aftercare when i had a problem could be improved. Three visits to fit washer jets and over 4 months to have some minor repair carried out.

I had the car collected at 8.10am from my office. I reliteredted to the driver the issue that I had, had and he said I would be allocated a service advisor that would keep me posted. I said I needed the car by 5.15pm as I had an appointment at 6pm.

slightly lower mark as yet again my BMW had to be checked for product recall of the airbag(s), this seems to happen every time I visit, the airbags only need to be checked once I would think. It added an extra 1 hour to my waiting time I would guess.

From alerting me that I was due for a service to the completion and return of my car - everything done was highly professional and engaged me as the customer at every step.

Car was in for a service and all four wheels refurbished over two days, at collection the car was dirty and one of the wheels was chipped. It went back to be redone and also cleaned on pickup wheel was still on done and I'm waiting for an new date

The handover could have been a bit better. Sales person left company two days before handover and we were not aware he was leaving until the day before we collected the car. Therefore some issues at handover.
