It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Our car was taken straight into the workshop after I'd checked it in. The minor problem was correctly diagnosed, and corrected.The car was promptly returned to us, and beautifully clean.

Went in for a fault which I had researched on and explained thoroughly. Car was kept overnight and returned next day. Fault re-occurred very next day so had to send back in For further Day. Fault turns out to be what I had said it was in first place

When I arrived there was no paperwork and I was not expected. This was frustrating as I ended up being delayed by half an hour as a result. There was also confusion around the courtesy car. I did not feel like a valued customer that day.
