the mot was carried out and break fluid change was done too but i didnt get any paperwork to confirm that. i rang on sat after the MOT to get through to service to get it confirmed but they were busy and the messaged was passed but no one got back.

I had a collect and deliver service. It would have been helpful to receive the usual confirmatory email before the service and a call the day before to arrange pick-up. I was hanging around until 12 Noon, wondering when the car would be collected.

Upon arrival, I was ignored by numerous members of staff who had Seen me. When a worker opened the door at 7:30, he turned his back and walked away! Not even a ‘good morning’ or offer to help! I had call to chase my car 3 times as no one called.

Vehicle was due MOT later this month. I was told that MOT will be automatically done if due within the month but car was returned without one. I am now having to rebook it - BMW will not offer a pick up and drop off for MOT so double the hassle!

The service computer on the car was not reset which meant that the car had to go back. Someone called me to say the MOT was due on my car and did I want them to do it for me. Unfortunately for him, Specialist Cars had done the MOT the previous week
