Whilst my car was kept in a lot longer than planned due to fault windscreens I cannot fault the way Barry in the service department treated us. He was great during the whole issue and would be a large part of why we will come back.

There was a lack of information, we were told that if the vehicle had less than 8 months left on the service it would be carried out before we took the car, this was not done. There was damage to the paintwork which was rectified, but we had to take

All my cars were bought and have been serviced by by Specialist Cars and my next car will be too.

It took me at least four phone calls to arrange the appointment. I was told I would be called back on a couple of occasions and I wasn't.

The staff there are all great doing a wonderful job. I've had problems booking my car in the past. I complained and the manger there was very helpful in sorting this out for me. However, there is no queuing system when you go to pick your car up.

Had 8-10am appointment, arrived 8am, by 9am car hadn't moved. Was done by 10am. 1hr appointment would be better. all inclusive service plan, is not all inclusive. £70 for internal air filter....

The service chap was going to 'phone me with tyre prices, and didn't. It's not the first time I've had dealings with him and he was not contactable then either. He didn't return my calls then and I put it down to him being busy... but not now.

Had to wait a week to get the car booked in, not offered a loan car (my car is under warranty and purchased from Spec Cars) signs the problem isn't full fixed. The warning light has come on 3 more times but at least brakes weren't applied.

1) A vehicle inspection costing £19 was added to my booking without my authorisation 2) When I inquired about a headlamp realignment I was quoted over £55 - I was expecting it to be complimentary or a small fee. This amount is too much.

The attention received during my last visit was good and it included the car wash. Brilliant. Very good service in this instance.

Service was great. However, when the car was returned it was parked on a neighbours drive and keys thrum the wrong letterbox! It wasn't a problem though.

Car went for MOT and check and wash. When it returned it was filthy with hand prints over the bonnet. Clearly if the car was washed it was done before the MOT/Tyres changed

My only complaint was that this time the car wasn't set up I.e. radio and phone etc. I know it's supposed to be self explanatory but it's still nice to know how things work because technology changes fast.
