Had an emergency stop-off as the engine was loosing coolant. The part needed to be ordered in and even though there were no courtesy cars available I was provided with an X5 demonstrator to keep me mobile.

Always well received and good customer experience when I visit Specialist Cars Luton.
Because I went in to have a wheel looked at that had protective lacquer that was starting to peel, I was kept waiting for nearly an hour for someone to do this and I find this completely unacceptable.
Great service,attentive,polite,professional. When problem arrisen they just fixed it. They listen,apologise and solved.
Service well priced, investigated problem with brakes, however problem still persists.
Emily was very good .Weak was Service Reception when I collected the car as the reception ladies were not well- informed on what to do about finding my paperwork,then left me in the coffee area with no update.Barry v helpful finally.
I Always use Luton for all my servicing, excellent customer service and integrity but above all Specialist Cars Luton are always completely honest and fair. I cant say that I have always had that experience at other BMW dealerships

I have mentioned the reason above.
For the last 3 or 4 services I have requested that they look at (i) the squeaking with my front left brakes and (ii) problems with my driver's side mirror engaging downwards. Neither problem has been fixed.
Service advisor did everything she said she would. Arnie was fantastic and did what he promised.
They provided a loan car, the work was completed efficiently and Nick the service engineer kept me informed as to what was going on at all times. My car came back in pristine condition after they cleaned it.
All dealt with promptly and efficientlyCar came back all clean and working

its not the 1st time at BMW Luton and I was greeted by a young chap called Nik he is very eager and focused to get the job done with the best interests of the customer.

Poor value for money, £280 for 90 minute first service I simply cannot justify. Cost was not discussed with me until actual day of service. Im a loyal customer (4 cars) yet still charged for courtesy car. First much service cheaper elsewhere.
Very respectable staff, attentive and thorough
Excellent service, took slightly longer than expected but thats probably just me. Car washed and hoovered well. Very pleased.
Very good some replacement parts like wipers are expensive and I feel the Sat Nav should be updated with the service foc.
I was a very satisfied customer as a result of the service provided.
I noticed the problem and was most unhappy to find one of the 4 new tyres was a different model and that I had to be inconvenienced to get the problem resolved. As a customer I do not expect to have to check up on your servicing.

Car was in for an oil change and micro filter etc.On checking on the oil level it was at the bottom Of the stick.I would have thought midway between the normal marks would have been appropriate

Well I was told the job was going to be carried out in Stevenage not Luton. Plus a day was wasted at the start because the person doing the job was not at work on the first day.

I think we have probably already answered this with previous answers but we don't feel we were sold a car. Instead we would say we bought a car. It was our choice.
