The free Heath Check was good but I was offered a car clean and this was dreadful. It looked as though someone had just spread the dirt with a damp cloth. I had to stop to clean my windscreen as I couldn't see out clearly with the sun in my face.

On the same day as my service my car lost approximately 6.5 Litres of oil in 200 miles, warning light directed me to put in one litre of oil asap. 150 miles later same warning light appeared , another litre of oil added, phoned dealer to report issue

Leanne was polite but car not cleaned properly and despite asking for tyres to be checked had a warning come up to say low pressure. Called Leanne left a vm but no response. When I had it serviced back in Nov same sort of issues. Rating is centre

Went in for a fault which I had researched on and explained thoroughly. Car was kept overnight and returned next day. Fault re-occurred very next day so had to send back in For further Day. Fault turns out to be what I had said it was in first place

When I arrived there was no paperwork and I was not expected. This was frustrating as I ended up being delayed by half an hour as a result. There was also confusion around the courtesy car. I did not feel like a valued customer that day.
