Whilst my car was kept in a lot longer than planned due to fault windscreens I cannot fault the way Barry in the service department treated us. He was great during the whole issue and would be a large part of why we will come back.

There was a lack of information, we were told that if the vehicle had less than 8 months left on the service it would be carried out before we took the car, this was not done. There was damage to the paintwork which was rectified, but we had to take

The staff there are all great doing a wonderful job. I've had problems booking my car in the past. I complained and the manger there was very helpful in sorting this out for me. However, there is no queuing system when you go to pick your car up.
