No coordination between staff calling me to remind about the apppointment when the car was already in the workshop.

Resolved the issue and with friendly and courteous service.
Work carried out was fine but car was dented (still waiting for a comeback) and locking wheel nut went missing
We were given accurate timing and fuss free customer service.
I left the car at 8.00am for a simple MOT and asked to collect it at 1.30pm. Unfortunately you had to fit a new tyre because of damage to one of the existing. But I couldnt drive the car away until 4.00pm. Not good enough for a premium car service.
Lady was very helpful
The whole process was very easy, car was picked up from my house and returned cleaned after being serviced. It did have an issue with the blown bulb which was still blown on the car's return but that was simply rectified with a return visit.

I was well treated.
Service was to freshen air con however after 4/5 days it was back to previous state that it smelt of dogs on start up and became ok after initial starting of vehicle

The price of repairs was so much higher than another quote I had been given (however I needed the work done that day so had to have it done). The price of brake pads and sensors was more than double another quote I had from another garage.

When you go to your local BMW dealership 2 times to fix your problem and they don't fix it you can't say nothing else. Now I'm waiting for the 3rd appointment with them

Tyres recommended to be replaced but at least 20% more expensive than the high street. Would expect better from BMW.
Car was on a recall, but felt penalised for this. Should be BMW that makes process as easy as possible, but no offer of courtesy car, or car pick up, or lift back to home. Not even a sorry for inconvenience, even VW gave me a small gift
Work was done within time quoted. There is a recall on my car and was done as part of warranty, because of this the courtesy car was free (honest dealer) A 4 star instead of 5 because my car was not washed properly unfortunately....
Work done in time advised and contact during the day kept me informed of progress
Jodie did a great job of organising my work before the day. On the day service was good also. Jodie organised 4 new tiers and 2 wheel referbishments.
Overall a good service until I paid. Having paid it appeared that's where customer service ends at Specialist Cars, was told at 15:30 our car would be with us within half an hour, the car was finally delivered at 17:45
The customer service was just not good enough and also got a manual loan car when they promised automatic at the time of booking
In general and many years using Specialist cars I have found there is an excellent level of care and genuine desire for customer satisfaction

Thought they made a big thing of a complimentary health check which, when pressed, was nothing more than a walk around my car. The oil light was on and the service light not reset when collected. No tyre pressures checked. So
