Car collected right on time, feedback on service information via short and informative call and car dropped off earlier than expected.
The service is always good but always takes longer than quoted. I was told 1 - 1.5 hours and was there 2.5 hours. This always seems to happen and isn't good for planning around other things
Unnecessary work carried out initially although the quality of work good. Finally correct work carried out. However our service manager wasvery helpful and pleasant to deal with. That was your saving grace.
Continued from above. My wife requested BMW, UK customer service to demand the vehicle to be checked over about the error. Only after BMW, UK's intervention the vehicle was checked and found that there was a problem with the Gear box.
as per above comments - I don't really feel Bmw service have my best interest. Besides picking up and dropping off my car that was a plus
1.Car was returned a day late. 2. No issues noted on paperwork or over phone until we recieved the video days after the service date. Rear pads and discs could have been replaced while you had the car. Very poor. 3. Had to chase paperwork 5days late.

my car was in for annual bodywork check. including a car wash this took 2 and a half hours to carry out which is not good. the longest i have been waiting is for 1 and half hours and that is a little long but to add another hour to this is poor.
I have always found the staff @ Luton to be the worst in the group. This goes from the sales team who I feel do not value customers, to the receptionist who do not make you feel welcome. I will always try to avoid going to Luton.
This was the 2nd time I've had to arrange for this to be done as first time told me I need to speak to motability to book car for repair?
Painless. Picked up and returned my car, keeping me in the picture throughout.
The manner/ approach they handle complaints, it was more of, once you sign the car agreement you have lost any Rights to complaints. The sales agent kept saying "You signed the agreement" repeatedly . Terrible experience!
My car was not washed as agreed. It took a long time to see the person who was dealing with my service. In the end the receptionist gave me some paperwork when my service was completed. No explanation of work carried out, however curteous

I had regular contact from the team. Finance position was made clear and delivery was arranged at a time that suited me. Addition of the handover room was very special.
Car was having MOT. While I was there, it was cleaned, James paired up my new mobile phone to the car and I got a quote to upgrade the Sat Nav. I was shown to the waiting area and the tea/coffee m/c.
Same reason as I gave above. I phoned a different BMW dealership afterwards which had a very helpful lady in the service department. I will go there next time unless I decide to go back to a Lexus car

Had arranged to talk about a new lease deal whilst car was being serviced had arranged to meet at 8:30 am Recieved a call at 12 lunchtime stating they couldnt find me ? Ps only two customes in waiting area
I chose to have my tyres replaced by BMW, as they have the experience of replacing run flat tyres, and take care of the wheels. They did this, and returned the car with the new tyres, no problems.

The service advisor who dealt with me was unavailable when I went to collect my car and I was overcharged. But the service advisor called me the next day to refund me the amount which to me is very professional.

Difficult to park at the dealer Check in took too long - One customer who arrived after me was checked in and left before I was seen. Sit and wait for 90min (MOT) took 3 hrs , although I did agree to having the brake fluid changed
An experience devoid of any urgency to keep me informed, briefed or with sympathy. Work needed due to a product recall so I attributed this poor experience to the fact it wasn't paid work and felt as though I was a hinderance to them so treated as so

When I booked they stayed 1.5 hrs for service and when I turned up they stated 2 hrs
The service team and the work done on the day was very good. but having to pay for a part that was faulty when i collected my car and was previously agreed would be changed under warranty is no way to keep your customers!
I had service done at 39.000, after I rang a booking when I had 37.000 and they said that I have to pay for it, even though I had a service plan for 3 years or 38.000, but they made the booking in a way I go over, so I can pay
Issue never resolved pretty much since purchase of the car
Although the fault I had with the Connected Drive could not be reproduced by your mechanics (seems to have corrected itself), I was advised that I was due a free service (part of the purchase package) that I hadn't realised, so this was carried out.

The service I received was very good but it was extremely frustrating that the car seemed to have been been reset, as all audio, phone, seat and heater settings were all lost.
They were very helpful and made sure we had a replacement car whilst ours was getting fixed
I used to take my car to different BMW in Warrington and Preston The cleaning of the car was higher standard
Very pleased with the attention given by the staff with whom I dealt. The facilities were first rate and all questions answered promptly. The option of test drives was quickly offered and every effort was made to satisfy my requirements.

Cannot fault the dealership at all during this process, always helpful, engaged us during the whole process and would use again. In particular Tony Gair has been great to work with and would happily deal with him and his team again.
