The luton dealership has had my car back and forth many times to fix the same seat fault, also when they serviced the car they returned it with no oil in it on one occasionComplete lack of customer service fullOf excuses
firstly I did not know where the car was taken, eventually found out it was Luton, confusion on returning car and still no information on what was wrong.
I purchased the car remotely and trusted in the quality of a BMW approved used car and assurances of sales person that car was emaclate. Having find several scratches and torn interior leather trimi have failed to get any response from dealership.

although I was satisfied with the service there are always things that can be improved.
As this was an end of warranty check, Specialist Cars Luton would not pick up and return my car to work. So while I was happy with the inspection, the impact on my working day was disappointing.
Got help for what I was looking for
Brakes were squeaking on my M6. Brakes and discs taken off, cleaned and put back on. I was told this is normal on an M car as the brakes are so substantial. When I left they were not squeaking but 2 days later it they started to again, loudly.
Service level meets my needs
As a customer its important that someone listens to me and what i want. This is what happened at Luton. Cornell listened to what i needed and wanted and advised me. Also he didnt push for a sale which i feel is key in getting customers.
I received absolutely phenomenal support from Emily Bancroft(?) when bringing my car in for a service, I had a few questions as I am fairly new with cars and she answered them with no hesitation and made sure I understood completely.

When phoning takes to long to answer phone and then when finally get through and put through to service department call goes to answer phone very frustrating to wait to get call back to say the wrong parts came in and wait till following day for car

The Motability staff member left shortly before delivery. The dealership didn't not contact us and when we chased up the order, and were told we couldn't have it when planned. But they sorted it out, and they collection was very good.
