This was my 2nd visit for the same problem - considering it was a new car of a month old, then problems should not be expected whilst the 2nd visit solved the problem after the fault was identified and rectified
Completed on time with no problems.
All went well but since the service my tyre pressure system shows a loss of pressure in one tyre but nothing seems wrong with the tyre. Not sure if the valve was damaged when serviced.
The best Dealer around, I've been going there for nearly 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
With so many cars available on the market its easy to slip and forget the customer post the sale, you continue the focus.

Oil change service shockingly expensive
Service was done while I waited, car was cleaned. It did take 2.5 hours to do a brake fluid change which felt like a long time. There was no check in with me or updates as to what was happening and when I might expect the service to be completed.
Specialist cars are a fantastic partner to do business with and nothing is too much trouble for them.

staff very helpful and I was a very upset customer - had not expected my 2 month old 5 series tourer to be off the road after such a short time !!
It would have been 5 stars - I think this outlet is very good, but I have a persistent problem with squealing brakes at start-up (handbrake sticking) which has not been fixed in spite of several attempts.
A 1.5hr warranty check/MOT visit became 3hrs, because I needed 2 new tyres. But the car was sitting on the forecourt for at least 30mins at the end of that time while they 'prepared the paperwork'. Then a week later rec'd a phone call re brake fluid!
The service was very professional. The MOT was carried out in a timely and efficient manner. I chose to wait while this was carried out and it was pleasant and comfortable to wait with the coffeee making facilities.

There was some confusion , with the booking . I received telephone call the night before I was to drop the car , informing me that there was no courtesy car ,the message wasn't clear if there were cancelling or not . I had to call in the morning

Recall work was completed quickly, however the courtesy was not particularly clean. Tank was just under 1/4 full, difficult to gauge how much fuel to put in therefore I over-fuelled leaving me out of pocket. full to full would be a better approach.

Service completed during my 90 minute wait as promised and car cleaned very well too.
Service indicator wasn't reset following brake fluid change. However, the service team were really good and quickly resolved the problem with minimum inconvenience to me.

I booked a service, but when the day arrived they said no service was booked however they were able to book again within the same week.
I have given this score as I am still unsure if oil leaks fixed or smell is due to residue oil from previous leak. I am concerned I will have to pay to have this checked.
The only thing preventing a 5 was that the key reader indicated oil and filters service, but during the service, brake pads were required (down to 1mm). Why didn't this show up on either the key reader or on the instrument cluster in the car?
Fitted me in very quickly
We have been kept in the loop with regards to any problems that the mechanics may find or have found and the short video at the end explains any future problems with the car which is very helpful.

All went fine.
I had an issue with my car which I responsible of and I was pleased about how quickly it was handled, sadly the car is back having the same problem again.
Car service seems fine but car 'programme' updated - apparently a courtesy upgrade from BMW. As a consequence, my bluetooth connection no longer working! Have rebooked car in for correction but will be without this access for approx 3 weeks!!

Poor internal communication left me frustrated, having 2 extra trips that could have been completely avoided.
Everything was great. As I had the latest tech system, the only thing I could recommend is that the staff have some more training to get up to speed with all the functions.
