Initially we were let down by one of the sales person at the Luton Centre. However, Jaz took over and it has been an amazing experience since. Jaz is simply amazing. Very knowledgeable, very customer oriented and very flexible and understanding.

When i got to the centre to pick up the new car, Hee Goh had everything ready for me all the paperwork done and ready for me it saved me a lot of time he explained everything about the car and made sure I understood everything.

Wanted a wing mirror cover fitted, was not told that it would be different to the existing one. Paid £110 for a mirror that does not match. Very unhappy that this was not communicated to me.

Service cost increased by £150 at check in due to unforeseen additional work. After the service I was told the aux belt was completely shredded and could fail at any moment, on inspection by myself, there was fairly minor damage evident.

Brought the car in to have tyres, pads and discs changed. Left with a £2000 bill with neither tyres nor discs done. Also had to return to have a part replaced which didn't need replacing according to your technician that fit the replacement

The vehicle was booked in for review of 3 issues, all of which I reported ahead of the visit. After 3.5 hrs the review was complete, but nothing repaired. It is disappointing nothing is actually fixed during the visit. It wastes customers time.

There is a persistent squealing noise on reverse. The car was been looked at twice by BMW, who have advised they have found no fault when in reality its so loud and obtrusive to neighbours and general population passing by. It is not acceptable.

One service person said I need to get some work done another said it's not needed. Felt a little that work was being pushed that likely is not needed. In addition, £220 to just look at (not fix) each of the two noted minor issues is a little steep.
